We’re giving out some post-christmas presents over the next three months, in the form of three multi-sensorial performance events in three very contrasting spaces.

Bastard Assignments composers will conspire with musicians, dancers, film-makers and set designers to bring you contemporary performances in unexpected spaces.

We begin:

S/M/L:S – 23rd January – 7.30pm

Red Door Cafe and Made in Greenwich Gallery, Greenwich.

red door

Taking place between two intimate spaces around Greenwich town centre, a huddled, up-close affair featuring Vicious Circus, Rob Lewis / Gregor Riddel, and Bastard Assignments composers Timothy Cape, Fred Feeney, Edward Henderson and Paul McGuire.

S/M/L:M – 15th February

 Asylum, Peckham

Come and witness Choreography and Compositions reflect sound and shadow onto the peeling walls of this incredibly beautiful bombed out church in Peckham. Featuring Sound Art, Video Art, Choreography and Music, and a little touch of audience participation.

S/M/L:L – 11th March

 Hootananny’s, Brixton

The final event in the series, Bastard Assignments visits the cavernous Hootenanny club in Brixton, to deliver some not-so-normal sounds and shapes to this buzzing live music club.
